The only personal data which MyKnowledgeMap will automatically

Employee use
If your employer has paid for you to access Compendle and given
you a username and password, you have the right to access according
to the terms of your employer's agreement with Compendle. If your
employer has provided personal information to Compendle, we will
treat it as confidential as outlined above.
Illegal use
If you break copyright law or use the Compendle service to store
or distribute illegal materials, MyKnowledgeMap may use whatever
information it holds about you to stop such behaviour. Although
such situations would normally be settled privately, MyKnowledgeMap
reserves the right to contact relevant third parties in such a
situation.
Your consent
If you upload a document onto Compendle we take this as consent
for us to store the information held in the document. If you have
any documents of a personal nature that you would not trust someone
to look after we would recommend that you do not upload them.
Other sites
This privacy policy does not cover the sites which are linked to
from the Compendle website.
