Your course, your way
Organising your course in Compendle is effortless and stress-free. Create a one-off course or a full week-by-week structured output - the way you structure your course is entirely up to you! Each course contains groups which you can label as you wish (eg. by week, subject, resource type). New groups can be added to at the click of a button.
Structuring your course
The Compendle workpad is where the magic happens - it takes up most of your workspace and acts as the desktop where you structure and add your resources to your course.
The resource pool appears at the right of your workpad. When you begin working on your course, it will be empty - when you import files, e-learning topics, and weblinks, they will appear in the resource pool.
The process is simple: import resources into your resource pool and then just drag-and-drop them to your course workpad to add them to your course.
What learning resources can you use?
- e-Learning topics
- Assessments
- PDFs
- Word documents
- Audio files
- Video files
- Images
- Weblinks
- Basically, almost any electronic resource!
Using resources
After you've uploaded an item into your resource pool you can use it as often as you like. The resource pool is structured with folders to make it easier for you to manage different kinds of resources. When you've got your resources and materials just the way you want them, you can publish your course.
Collaborate on courses
A Compendle Teams subscription offers two resource pools - one for the individual course creator, and one for a team or organisation to share resources. Learn more about Compendle's collaboration functionality.

e-Learning Manager
"In its early days, Compendle's primary function was to facilitate the organisation and management of e-learning material and resources. Compendle is so much more than that today, but its ability to cope with large volumes of diverse learning resources is better than ever. With a subscription you can create as many courses as you like, populating them with a range of exciting and engaging material."
